The People’s Choice Award in the Miss Cosmo USA and Miss Teen Cosmo USA competitions provides contestants with a unique opportunity to advance further in the pageant—potentially earning a spot in the Top Semifinals. The contestant in the “Miss” competition with the most votes and the contestant in the “Teen” competition with the most votes, will advance to the Semifinals.Voting starts at a minimum donation of $5, with bundle options that give you a better price per vote. Voting will end on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM (MDT) Voting is unlimited! Vote as many times as you would like and donate any amount you would like.
