Dr. Farrell’s caring attitude and extensive education have prepared him to offer you the finest in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a Specialist in Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, including Facial Rejuvenation, Breast and Body Sculpting, Post-Bariatric Reconstruction and much more. He occupies a niche for patients desiring natural results and demanding the highest level of attention to detail and service. Dr. Farrell has been practicing medicine since the late 1970’s.
After completing his undergraduate studies at the prestigious Notre Dame University, He continued his education at the University of Miami School Of Medicine
He then studied General Surgery at University Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. He went on to study Otolaryngology (Surgery of the Hand) at Emory University were he became board certified in Otolaryngology, going on to complete his Post-Graduate Plastic Surgery education in New Orleans. He also completed a Hand Surgery Fellowship under Dr. Daniel Riordan of Tulane University.
Dr. Farrell is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery, which is the only board recognized to credential plastic surgeons. He is a member of several professional societies. These include the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Medical Association, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Board Of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, as well as the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons, along with many others.
He is also currently involved, or has been involved in the past, with these organizations, Health Care Center for the Homeless, Orange County Medical Foundation (where he served as President and on the Board of Directors), Orlando Regional Hospital (serving as Chairman for Plastic Surgery), Co-Coordinator for Partners in Prevention Drug Awareness Program, American Cancer Society (where he served on the Board of Directors), as well as Florida Hospital Melanoma Community Awareness Program.
He is also actively involved in Medical Research, and has recently participated in a very limited clinical trial of Silicone Breast Implants.
